Every YWC custom build is just that – custom. But the process to get there is fairly consistent.
Start with the Application
Begin by completing the form below and sharing your vision. It’s essential to provide as much detail as possible, outlining your goals and any specific considerations.
Initial Consultation
Our team meticulously reviews every submission. If it appears to be a potential match, we’ll contact you to arrange a convenient consultation. During this phase, you’ll have the opportunity to meet with our owner Travis Gates.
Donor Car Acquisition
Depending on the circumstances, you may have your own car to serve as the donor, or we can assist in acquiring one on your behalf.
Deposit and Agreement
If YWC aligns with your project, we will outline deposit requirements and provide an initial agreement. We’ll guide you through all the details, allowing you to set clear expectations.
The Build Process
This is where the enchantment takes place. You’ll receive regular updates and photo updates throughout the process. Please note that we will issue monthly invoices for completed work, payable as the build progresses.
Test Drive Review
In some cases, Kellymoss receives custom builds from other workshops in need of a little TLC. Our rigorous testing and setup process is no less thorough than what we put into our world-renowned professional race preparations.
Final Detailing
Many of our builds undergo finishing touches, such as complete protective film application, and some may even receive distinctive liveries. Regardless, all custom builds undergo comprehensive, world-class detailing before delivery.
Final Settlement and Transportation Arrangements
You’ll settle the remaining balance, based on total invoices, once your new, custom-crafted Porsche is prepared for delivery.
